NOTICE is hereby given that VACUUM OIL

COMPANY, whose registered office is situate at New York, in the State of New York, in the United States of America, and carrying on business at Victoria, Hongkong, and else- where as Oil Merchants and Refiners, have on the 10th day of June, 1919, applied for the! registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:

in the name of Vacuum OIL COMPANY, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since 28th December, 1903, in respect of the following goods:---
