Mooring lines, etc., necessity of tending:
THE attention of Shipmasters is directed to the necessity of tending the mooring lines, etc., from vessels to the bunding in view of the difficulties connected with silt deposit interfering with vessels being moored close to the bunding, vessels remaining afloat, sometimes causing too great a strain being put upon the lines securing vessels to the bunding, and the dangers attendant thereto.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Missions to Short title. Seamen in Hongkong Incorporation Ordinance, 1919.
