Re The YUEN HING HONG, lately carry- ing on business at No. 7, Bonham Strand West, Victoria, aforesaid, General Merchants and Com- mission Agents.

TUESDAY, the 22nd day of April, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, has been fixed for the Special Meeting of Credi- tors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, aforesaid.

At this meeting the creditors will be asked:

(1) To consider a suggested compromise with an alleged partner in the debtor firm.

(2) To consider what action shall be taken with regard to other alleged partner in the debtor firm.

an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company duly con- vened, and held at No. 8, Temple Lane, Shang- hai, China, on the 5th day of March, 1919, the following resolutions were duly passed by the requisite majority and at a subsequent Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the members of the same Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 24th day of March, 1919, the same resolutions were duly confirmed as Special Resolutions, viz. :-

(1) That it is desirable to liquidate the Company, and accordingly that the Company he wound-up voluntarily. (2) That Messrs. A. H. MANCELL, and S. A. SETH, Public Accountants, jointly and severally, be, and they are hereby appointed, Liquidators for the pur- poses of such winding up.

OTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 188 of the Companies' Ordinance of 1911, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named Company will be held at the Liquidators' Office, Mercantile Bank Building, on Wednesday, the 14th day of May, 1919, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account laid down before them, show- ing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the com- pany disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and docu- ments of the company, and of the liquidators thereof, shall be disposed of.

The first Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants for upwards of 20 years and the second Trade Mark is intended to be used the Applicants in respect of the following goods respectively in the following class, viz:--

"Tobacco, whether manufactured or unnanufactured, in Class 45.

The said Trade Marks are to be associated with Trade Mark No. 7 of 1915, and are to be associated with cach other.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and also at the offices of the undersigned.
