NOTICE OF INTENDED PURCHASE OF BUSINESS.

T is hereby notified that the business of the HOP FUNG CHEONG KEE, of Wing On Street, Iron dealers has been agreed to be sold to the TUNG KEE including the signboard goodwill house property stock-in-trade book debts furni- ture shares in other firms or Companies and the Hor HING steamlaunch and other assets belong- ing to the firm. It is intended to change the name of the firm into the Hoe FuxG Tung KEE and to complete the purchase 7 days hence. All who have claims against the Hop FUNG CHEUNG KEE are hereby warned that they should make such claims against the Vendors and that after the completion of the purchase, the pur- chasers will not recognise such claims. It is also notified that the partners of the HoP FUNG CHEUNG KEE shall have nothing to do with the business of the Hop FUNg Tung Kee.

It is further notified that the book-debts pay- able to the HOP FUNG CHEUNG KEE will be assigned to the Hop FUNG TUNG KEE and all who are liable to pay such debts are requested to pay up same at an early date otherwise the matter will be placed in the hands of the solicitors.
