NOTICE is hereby given that the TAYLOR NOTICE is hereby given that the under-
INSTRUMENT COMPANIES, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New York, and located in the City of Rochester, County of Monroe, in said State, and carrying on business at No. 95, Ames Street, in said City, have on the 13th day of January, 1919, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of the TAYLOR INSTRUMENT COMPANIES, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of thermometers, current- meters, gas-leak indicators, Hydrometers, pyro- meters, thermographs, charts for recording ther- mometers, barometers, and gages; anemometers, compasses, draft-gages, gas-pressure gages, levels, rain-gages, sun-shine-recorders, urinome- ters, barometers, clinmometers, flashtest appa- ratus, hydgrometers, pedometers, rotometers, steam-gages, vacum-gages, meteorological ins- truments, and sphygmomanometers, in Class 8, since the 6th day of May, 1908.
