Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
NOTICE is hereby given that the under- signed applied on the 18th day of September, 1918, for registration in the Register of Trade Marks, Hongkong, of the following Trade Marks:-
(1) The representation of 3 pheasants enclosed in a circle.
(2) The representation of 3 camels enclosed in a circle. On the right hand side of each mark are the characters
著名超等顏料廠(meaning
"Famous superior class Dye Factory") and on the left hand side the characters
香港新中和洋行 (meaning
"Hongkong Sun Chung Wo Ocean Firm ")
in the name of HANS SKOTT Carrying on business as Messrs. H. SKOTT & Co., Hongkong, Mer- chant, who claims to be the proprietor thereof. The Trade Marks will be used by the Applicant in respect of "Mineral Dyes". in Class 1, and in respect of “ Dyes other than Mineral", in Class 4.
Facsimiles of the marks are deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar.
