Tenders may be made for all 5 Schedules, or for cach separately.

The Contractor will be required to enter into a Bond for the due fulfilment of his contract, and for the supply of all articles of the best quality.

The Contractor must supply store accommodation ample enough for the housing of provisions,

&c., and such store must be kept in a sanitary condition.

Tenders must be in duplicate and in sealed envelopes, endorsed Tender for Hospital Contract. For form of tender apply at this Office.

All other information may be obtained from the Principal-Civil Medical Officer, Government Civil Hospital.

No tender will be received unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $200, as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sun shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
