NOTICE is hereby given that STRATTON AND
COMPANY PROPRIETARY, LIMITED, a Com- pany organised under the Laws of the State of Victoria and doing business as Flour Millers, at 68, Lulie Street, Abbotsford, in the State of Victoria, Commonwealth of Australia, have on the 24th day of October, 1918, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Silicate of Soda and Caustic Soda both for use in Manufactures, since 1899, in Class 1; and also in respect of Glycerine, specially prepared for use in Medicine, since March, 1907, in Class 3, and also in respect of Toilet Glycerine since March, 1907, and is intended to be used by the Appli- cants forthwith in respect of Perfumed Soap, in Class 48.
