́OTICE is hereby given that at an Extraor-
dinary General Meeting of the members of the above Company duly convened and held at the registered office of the Company, St. George's Building, Chater Road, Victoria, Hongkong, on the 11th day of December, 1918, the following special resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place, on the 27th day of December, 1918, the follow- ing special Resolution was duly confirmed :—
That it is desirable to reconstruct this Company, and accordingly that this Company be wound-up voluntarily "and that HUCH FRANK CAMPBELL of "St. George's Building, Victoria, in "the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, "be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up at a "remuneration of One hundred "Dollars".
