OTICE is hereby given that HENRY

E SIMMS, of Hamburg, in the Empire of Germany, has, on the 14th day of May, 1897, applied to His Excellency the Governor of liongkong for leave to register certain Trade Marks in the Register of Trade Marks in the Office of the Colonial Secretary for the Colony of Hongkong in the name of the said HENRY - SIMMS.

The said Trade Marks have been or are intended to be used in respect to Beer.
