NOTICE is hereby given that a report has been received from Captain H. PETERSEN, Commanding the Great Northern Telegraph Co.'s Steamer "Store Nordiske" of the exist ence of a rock with 12 feet of water over it at Low Water of Spring Tides in, approx- imately, the following position :--
