NOTICE is hereby given that a General NOTICE is hereby given that The HONG-
Meeting of Shareholders of the above Company will be held at its registered offices, Alexandra Buildings, Des Voeux Road Central, on Wednesday the 3rd April next, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of having laid before them the accounts showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the Property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

OTICE is hereby given that KAZUTSURA SUGITA carrying on business at Kobe, Japan, under the style or firm name of Nu- nobiki Mineral Water Co. has on the 15th day of March 1906 applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
An oval label with the word
Nunobiki"
at the top and below which is a star and below which is a shield with two horse shocs entwined at the top below which is a scene representation, be- low which is the word "Tausani. "". below which is (amongst other words) the Applicant's firm nanie; on each side of the said shield is a scroll with the word "Mineral" on the left hand side and the word "Water" on the right hand side,
in the name of the NUNOBIKI MINERAL WATER COMPANY who claim to be the pro- prietors of such Trade Mark.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicant in respect of the following goods :-
Mineral Waters, in Class 41.
