OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. Hotz S'JACOB AND COMPANY have, on the 18th September, 1898, applied for the regis- tration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :—

DURSUANT to Section 23 of Ordinance No. of 1871, 1, the Undersigned AUGUSTO JOSÉ MARIA GOMES, whose place of Residence and Service for the last preced- ing 12 months has been at No 70, Queen's Road Central, Victòria, in the Colony of Hongkong, and who was lately under Articles of Clerkship to Mr. CHABLES DAVID WIL- KINSON, of No. 70, Queen's Road Central, Vic- toria aforesaid, Solicitor, hereby give Notice that it is my intention to apply on the 12th day of January, 1900, for my Examination. Admission and Enrolment as an Attorney and Prector of the Supreme Court of Hongkong. Dated this 12th day of December, 1899.
