Specification and Declaration required by the above-cited Ordinance have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the said EMIL THEODOR BUNJE to apply at the sitting of the Executive Council hereinafter mentioned for Letters Patent for the exclu- sive use within the said Colony of Hongkong of the above named Invention. And Notice is hereby also given that a Sitting of the Executive Council before whom the matter of the said Petition will come for decision will be held in the Council Chamber, at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday, the 28th day of December, 1899, at 11 a.m.

Y an Order made by Mr. Justice Good- MAN dated the 6tli November, 1899, on the Petition of LEE SING, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, a contribu- tory of the said Company, praying that an Ordler might be made for the winding up of the Company, it was ordered that the volun- tary winding up of the said ON TAI MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY, LIMITED, be conti- nued but subject to the supervision of the Court. And it was ordered that any of the proceedings under the said voluntary winding up might be adopted by the Court as the Judge shall think fit and that the costs of the Petitioner and of all parties appearing be taxed and paid out of the assets of the Com. pany. And the Creditors, Contributories, and Liquidator of the said Company and all other persons interested were to be at liberty to apply to the Court as there might be occasion,
