HURSDAY, the 30th day of November instant, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, has been fixed for the Public Examination of the above named Debtor, at the Supreme Court.

Notice of Intended Dividend.

A Dividend is intended to be declared in the above mentioned Matter.

Debts not already proved must be proved by the 30th December next, or will be ex- cluded from such Dividend.

Trade Mark.

OTICE is hereby given that CHUN KWONG YU alias CHUN HONG, of No. 162, Queen's Road West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, managing partner of the Wing Fook Ho, has, on the 14th day of November, 1899, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark, namely:--A distinctive devise of an oblong figure with a fancy border surrounding a picture of ani- mals, birds and trees and upon the upper part of the said picture is depicted a Chinese Scroll with the following words "Wing Fook llo or its Chinese equivalent, each character being in a distinct and separate circle; in the names of CHUN KWONG YU alias CHUN HONG, YUNG TACK WO, UN WAI SANG and YU WING UN, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the ap- plicants in respect of Chinese incense and incense sticks coming within Class 50.

UNDER A terms of a scheme of revon-

struction sanctioned by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong on the 21st day of October, 1899. an Agreement of Recon- struction hes Lean entered into by me. The Official Liquidator of the China Borneo Com- pany, Limited. in Liquidation, (hereinafter called the Old Company") with a Company registered on the 1st day of Novem ber, 1899, called The China Bonco Company, Limited" (hereinafter called the "New Com-

any"). The agicement is dated the 2nd day of October, 1899, and can be seen at the Cffice of the Registrar of Companies, Hong. keng, where it is filed. The nominal capital of the New Company is $150,000 divided into 7,500 shares of Twenty Dollars each.

Each holder of a Shate or Shares in the old Company (on each of which $55 has been credited as paid up) is entitled, on payment of $5 per share and delivering to the scrip for his share or shares in the Old Company, to a share or shares in the New Company on which $15 will be deemed to have been paid up in respect of the $20 face value of such share. The remaining $5 to remain to be called up at such time as the Consulting Committee may think fit.

Each holder of fully paid up shares in the Old Company is entitled, on delivering up the scrip for his fully paid up siares in the Old Company, to an equal number of fully paid up shares in the New Company.

Written notice of dissent from the proposed scheme of reconstruction must be lodged with me at the above address within twenty-one days from the date of this Notice.
