Notice is hereby given that Messrs. BRUNNER, MOND & Co., LIMITED, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 18 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark as applied to Caustic Soda, concentrated Crystal Soda, Bi-carbonate of Soda, Soda Crystals and other products of Alkali, Pure Alkali, English Alkali, concentrated Crystal Sodas and Soda Crystals, in Classes 1 and 2; and that the same has been duly registered.

NOTICE.
A Special Sessions of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace will be held in the Justices' Room, at the Magistracy, on Tuesday, the 28th day of November, A.D. 1899, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following applications :-
1. From one RUSTOMJEE COWASJEE BAMJEE for a Publican's licence to sell and retail intoxi- cating liquors on the premises situate at houses Nos. 148 and 150, Queen's Road Central, under the sign of "The Stag ilotel."
2. From one ANTONIO FONSECA for an adjunct licence for the retail sale of intoxicating
liquors as an adjunct to his business as hotel-keeper house No. 13, Queen's Road Central, under the sign of
