The Minutes of the last Mecting, held on the 26th October, 1899, were read, amended and confirmed.
REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE. The Colonial Secretary, by cominaud of His Excellency the Governor, laid on the table the report of the Finance Committee dated the 26th October, 1899, (No. 7), and moved its adoption.
The Colonial Treasurer seconded.
