With reference to Lord KIMBERLEY'S Circular despatch of the 14th Junc, 1882, I have the honour to acquaint you that the Montenegrin Government having denounced on the 13th ultimo, the Com- mercial Treaty between the Principality and the United Kingdom of the 21st January, 1882, in accordance with Article XV. of that Treaty, it will cease and determine on the 13th June, 1900.
Her Majesty's Minister at Cettinjé has been informed by the Montenegrin Government that they will at once submit the draft of a new Treaty for the approval of Her Majesty's Government.
You will have the goodness to publish this despatch for general information in the Colony under your Government.
