His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Acting Battery Sergeant- Major GEORGE LEOPOLD DUNCAN to be a Lieutenant in "C" Machine Gun Company of the Hongkong Volunteer Corps, Supernumerary to the Establishment, with effect from the 25th May, 1899.
