No. 146.-Notice is hereby given that the Crown has resumed and re-entered into and upon Lots Nos. 367, 369, 370 and 372, in Survey District IV, New Kowloon, in the New Territories, under and by virtue of the provisions contained in the Crown Lease of the Lots dated the 18th of March, 1905.

No. 147. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Offices of the Public Works Department at 3 p.m., on Monday, the 11th day of March, 1907.
The Lot is sold for the term of 75 years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years, less 3 days, at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the special conditions hereunder specified.
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $2,000.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
person shall at any bidding advance less than $10.
2. The Purchaser of the Lot shall reclaim the whole area of the Lot and the reserve for a 30 foot road on the North-East side of the Lot shown coloured brown on sale plan to such levels as may be approved by the Director of Public Works and shall protect the reclaimed area with substantial sea wall or otherwise to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, the work to be done within two years of the date of sale of the Lot.
3. The Purchaser will, subject to the written approval of the Director of Public Works, be permitted to remove earth and stone from Crown Land in the vicinity for the purpose of reclamation of the Lot.
4. The Crown Lease to contain a proviso that the Purchaser or his assigns shall have no claim to any access to the sea nor any compensation in the event of any reclamation being made on the seaward side of the Lot, and a clause reserving to Government the power to reclaim the foreshore whenever it thinks fit without consulting the Purchaser or his Assigns.
