Notice is hereby given that the Crown has under and by virtue of the provisions contained in the Crown Lease of the Lots dated the 18th day of March, 1905, resumed and re-entered into and upon Survey District II, Lot No. 1394, New Kowloon, in the New Territories, and also into and upon such portions of Survey District II, Lot Nos. 1, 1357, 1396, 1409, 1490 and 1573, as are shown on a plau dated the 9th day of July, 1906, signed by the Land Officer and deposited in the District Land Office, Hongkong,

The Lot is sold for the term of 75 years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years, less 3 days, at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and subject also to the special condition hereafter stated.
