The Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903.
WHEREAS by section 78 of the l'ublic Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, except as by the said Ordinance provided, the sale and exposure for sale in any place not being a public market of any articles of food for man usually sold or exposed for sale in a public market is prohibited within the City of Victoria and the Harbour, and in Kowloon and in New Kowloon, and in the villages of Shaukiwan and Quarry Bay, and in such other villages as shall be named in any Government Notification AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to name the villages of Wong Nei Chung, Tai Hang and Whitfield NOW, therefore, by this Government Notification the villages of Wong Nei Chung, Tai Hang and Whitfield are hereby named pursuant to the said section 78 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, and for the purposes of the said section and the prohibition therein contained.
