Rule made by the Registrar of Patents under section 11 of the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Ordinance, 1925, Ordinance No. 13 of 1925, on the 27th day of October, 1931.
Rule No. 1 of the Rules published by Government Notification No. 56 in the Gazette of the 5th February, 1926, is amended by the deletion of the words "and stating that, to the best of the applicant's knowledge and belief, the invention has not been publicly used in Hong Kong ".

No. 803.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. DAVID WILLIAM TRATMAN, C.M.G. to be Principal Assistant Colonial Secretary and Clerk of Councils, with effect from the 14th December, 1931.
