No. 747.-His Excellency the Governor has received information from the Secre- tary of State for the Colonies that Mr. JOHN RISLEY PUTNAM has been appointed a Consul for the United States of America in Hong Kong.
1st December, 1931.
No. 748.-His Excellency the Governor has, under section 3 of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 12 of 1923, been pleased to appoint the eastern court- yard of the Harbour Office, Victoria in this Colony, to be a place for the purpose of public vaccination.
The entrance to the place appointed as above is from Rumsey Street, between the Harbour Office and the World Theatre.
2nd December, 1931.
No. 749.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provi- sionally, and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Mr. CHAU TSUN-NIN to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council, with effect from the 2nd December, 1931.
3rd December, 1931.
No. 750.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. LANCELOT RUGGLES ANDREWES to act as Assistant Land Officer.
