No. 735.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Inspector ROBERT HORACE ETHELBERT MARKS to be an Examiner of Weights and Measures under the Weights and Measures Ordinance, 1885, section 4, and also an Inspector under the Gunpowder and Fireworks Ordinance, 1901, section 14.

No. 736.– Take notice that Survey District I Lot No. 5085 Remaining Portion is required for a public purpose and will be resumed on the expiration of one month from. the date hereof and that thereupon such compensation will be paid as may be awarded in the manner provided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, as amended. by the Crown Lands Resumption Amendment Ordinance, 1930, and you are hereby called upon to nominate a member to serve on the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of such resumption. In the event of your failing to nominate a member to serve on the Board within one week from the date of the expiration of this notice then the Chairman of the Board may nominate a member

to serve on your behalf.
