No. 701.--His Excellency the Governor has been please, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Sec und Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911. Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate the following as Members of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from the 24th October, 1931 :—

No. 702.-His Excellency the Governor has, under section 3 of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923, been pleased to appoint Mr. CHU KING YUNG (7) to be a Public Vaccinator, vice Mr. WoxG HONG() deceased, with effect from 4th November, 1931.

No. 703.-It is hereby notified that the International Convention for the Ameliora- tion of the Condition of the Wounded and Sick in Armies in the Field, signed at Geneva on the 27th July, 1929, has been ratified by His Majesty in respect of this Colony.

No. 704.- It is hereby notified that the International Convention relating to the Treatment of Prisoners of War, signed at Geneva on the 27th July, 1929, has been ratified by His Majesty in respect of this Colony.

No. 705.-It is hereby notified for general information that the provisions of the draft Convention concerning Forced or Compulsory Labour adopted by the International Labour Conference at Geneva on the 28th of June, 1930, will be applied to Hong Kong as from the 3rd of June, 1932.
