Rules made by the Governor in Council under section. 16 of the Gunpowder and Fireworks Ordinance, 1901, Ordinance No. 14 of 1901, as amended by section 4 of the Gunpowder and Fireworks Amendment Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 25 of 1931, on the 29th day of October, 1931.

1. The fee for each gunpowder manufacturer's licence shall be $250.00 per annum payable in advance.

2. The fee for each fireworks manufacturer's licence shall be $250.00 per annum payable in advance.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Money-lenders Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 16 of 1911, as amended by section 2 of the Money-lenders Amendment Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 27 of 1931, on the 29th day of October, 1931.

Regulation No. 2 of the Regulations set forth on page 465 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, is amended-

(i) by the deletion of the words three years

in the third line and by the substitution therefor of the words one year".

(ii) by the insertion after the figures "1911,

""

in the fifth line of the words and figures "as amended by section 2 of the Money-lenders Amendment Ordinance, 1931,".

"

(iii) by the deletion of the word ten" in the last line and by the substitution

therefor of the word "fifty".
