Hong Kong.
Regulation made by the Governor in Council under sections 25 (4), 33 (2) and 42 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 21st day of October, 1931.
Table M in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, is hereby further amended as follows,—
(1), by the substitution, in regulation 3, of “westwards from Blake Pier" for eastwards from the Hong Kong, Canton and Macao Steamboat Company's Wharf";
(2) by the substitution, in regulation 4, of "mooring buoys running in an Easterly and E.S. Easterly direction" for "mooring buoys running in an E.S. Easterly direction";
(3) by the substitution, in regulation 9, of "2,250 feet, thence a line drawn 295° 1,950 feet" for “1,505 feet ", and of 025o 1,900 feet" for "N. 8 W. 2,570 feet ";
(4) by the substitution, in regulation 17, for the matter under and to which the
heading "The Eastern Anchorage" relates, of the following,—
Northern boundary.--The continuation of the northern boundary of Victoria Man-of-War Anchorage to where it meets the foreshore of the Electric Power Station premises at North Point.
Southern boundary. A line drawn 074° from the southernmost point of
Kellet Island to the foreshore.
Eastern boundary.-The foreshore between the northern and southern
boundaries.
Western boundary.-A line drawn 000° through Kellet Island.

(5) by the insertion, in regulation 18A (1) and next after the words cable
ground", of "and other protected apparatus area ";
(6) by the rescission of regulation 19 and the substitution therefor of the
following,-
A cable ground is established between Taikoktsui and Stonecutters
Island within the following boundaries :---

Northern boundary.-A line drawn from a white streak on the tower and red light on the foreshore of Stonecutters Island, thence to a white diamond painted on 27 foot rock", thence to a white diamond and red light on the foreshore at Taikoktsui in front of the premises of the Asiatic Petroleum Company, Limited.
Southern boundary.-A line drawn from a white diamond and red light on the foreshore of Stonecutters Island, thence to a white diamond and a fixed red light on the northern arm of the Typhoon Shelter at Yaumati Bay.
Eastern boundary.-The foreshore of Taikoktsui between the
northern and southern boundaries.
Western boundary.-The foreshore of Stonecutters Island
between the northern and southern boundaries.
