An Ordinance to amend further the Stamp

Ordinance, 1921.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp Amend- ment Ordinance, 1931.

2. This Ordinance shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1932.

3. Sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Stamp Ordi- of Ordinance nance, 1921 is amended

4. Heading No. 13 in the Schedule to the Stamp Ordi- nance, 1921, is amended in the third column by the dele- tion of the figure $25 " and by the substitution therefor of the figure $50”.
