An Ordinance-to amend the Liquors Consolida-

tion Ordinance, 1911.

[16th October, 1931.]

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Liquors Amendment Ordinance, 1931.

2. Paragraph (28) of section 2 of the Liquors Con- solidation Ordinance, 1911, is amended :-

(i) by the deletion of the word "intoxicating'

in the first line.

"

(i) by the deletion of the word "twenty" in the second line and by the substitution therefor of the word "ten ".

3. Section 41 of the Liquors Consolidation Ordi- nance, 1911, is amended :----

(i) by the insertion of the words "or spirituous liquors "after the word liquors' in the

third line of sub-section (1).

(1) by the deletion of the word "intoxicating" in the first lines of sub-sections (2) and (3) and by the substitution in each case of the word

"such ".
