No. 117.-It is hereby notified with reference to Government Notification No. 973 of the 13th November, 1906, that on the 1st proximo the Opium Farmer will under Section 12 (d) of the Prepared Opium Ordinance, 1891, as amended by the Prepared Opium Amend- ment Ordinance, 1906, (Ordinance No. 15 of 1906), establish premises at Nos. 223 and 225, Des Vœux Road Central and No. 112, Connaught Road Central, as a bonded warehouse for the use of dealers in Morphine and Compounds of Opium imported for exportation and not for use or sale in the Colony.

The use of the premises at Nos. 36, 38 and 40, Bonham Strand West, as a bonded ware- house will be discontinued.

No. 118. It is hereby notified that SZE YICK of No. 363, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 24 of 1907, as applied to Toilet powder, in Class 48; and that the same has been duly registered.

LUEN YICK AND COMPANY, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 25 of 1907, as applied to Flour, in Class 42; and that the same has been duly registered.
