Ordinance No. 14 of 1931.-An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a

Supplementary Sum of Two million four hundred and eighty-six thousand five hundred and seventy- seven Dollars and two Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1930.

No. 640.-Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. FRANK ARTHUR HOPKINS to act as Superintendent of Prisons during the absence from the Colony of Mr. JOHN WILLIAM FRANKS, with effect from the 10th October, 1931.
