Order made by the Governor in Council under section 7 of the Rating Ordinance, 1901, Ordinance No. 6 of 1901, this 3rd day of October, 1931.

It is hereby ordered that a valuation of the tenements in the Colony for the year commencing 1st July, 1932, shall be made before the 30th day of April, 1932, or as soon thereafter as may be.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 (1) of the Opium Ordi- nance, 1923, Ordinance No. 30 of 1923, on the 5th day of October, 1931.

On and after the 10th day of October, 1931, the price of the prepared opium known as Kamshan opium shall be $70 for 3 Taels.
