Order made by the Governor in Council under section 39 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 2nd October, 1931.
The fee of $1.10 is hereby prescribed, in lieu of the fee mentioned in regulation 1 in Table U to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, as to fee to be charged and paid for the issue of a new licence book in respect of any junk or other Chinese vessel, to replace a current licence book issued under the said Table U and damaged or defaced in and owing to the typhoon of the 2nd September, 1931.
