18. The receipt of tobacco as ship's stores shall be duly entered in the ship's export statement furnished to the Superintendent under section 28 of the said Ordinance.
19. Every application for a permit to export tobacco as ship's stores shall be in the form given hereunder, and shall be in addition to an application in Form No. 8 of the Second Schedule, made by the supplier.

NOTE:--Under section 38 (4) of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1916, the Superintendent may refuse to issue any export permit to export tobacco as ship's stores unless the application for the permit is endorsed by the master or agent of the ship to the effect that the tobacco is for ship's use.
