Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Licensing Ordi- · nance, 1887, Ordinance No. 8 of 1887, on the 14th day of September, 1931.

The fee to be paid for every money-changers licence hereafter granted and issued under the Licensing Ordinance, 1887, shall be $100 in lieu of the fee of $50 appearing in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as amended by the regulation published as Govern- ment Notification No. 261 of 1925.

Rule made by the Governor in Council under section 6 of the New Territories Regu- lation Ordinance, 1910, Ordinance No. 34 of 1910, on the 14th day of September, 1931.

The rule under the heading Money-changers licences set forth on page 427 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, is hereby rescinded and the following rule is substituted therefor,-

Money-changers licensed in the New Territories, except New Kowloon, shall

pay a fee of $25 per annum.
