Rule made by the Registrar of Patents under section 11 of the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Ordinance, 1925, Ordinance No. 13 of 1925, on the 23rd day of July,

1931.

Rule 4 of the Rules made under the Patents Ordinance No. 13 of 1925, on the 20th day of January, 1926, and approved by the Legislative Council on the 4th day of February, 1926, is hereby rescinded, and the following rule is substituted therefor, and such rescission and new rule shall take effect from and including the 1st day of October, 1931 :-

"4. The following fees shall be payable to the Registrar :-

Certificate of registration of Patent

$10.00

Entry on Register under Section 10

10.00

Search of Register

1.00

Office copy of entries in the Register, or of documents, per

folio of 72 words (minimum charge $1)

0.50

Collating a copy, not made by the Registrar of entries in the Register, or of documents, per folio of 72 words (minimum charge 50 cents)

0.20

Initialling alterations in such last mentioned copy, per altera-

tion

0.20

Certifying a copy of entries in the Register, or of documents...

4.00".
