No. 526.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. LESLIE BLAIR be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 669 of the 31st October, 1930.

Rule made by the Governor in Council under section 6 of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, Ordinance No. 34 of 1910, on the 18th day of August, 1931.

The rules relating to kerosene oil licences in the New Territories (except New Kowloon) set forth on pages 420-423 of the Regulations of Hong Kong 1844-1925 are hereby amended by the rescission of rule 9 (on page 423) and the substitution therefor of the following rule,-

9. Except as mentioned in rule 3, the fee payable for any licence_granted under these rules shall be five dollars for the year, or part of the year, ending on the 17th day of April, during which such licence is in force.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, Ordinance No. 2 of 1870, on the 18th day of August, 1931.

The regulations relating to Yaumati Typhoon Refuge Promenade, set forth in Government Notification No. 596 of 1929, are hereby amended by the rescission of regu- lation 11 and the substitution therefor of the following regulation,-

11. No craft shall lie alongside or make fast to the south side of the Promenade, that is to say, the side opposite the portion of the Yaumati Typhoon Refuge exclusively reserved at all times for Government craft.
