No. 472.-Pursuant to the power in that behalf conferred by section 24 of the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 30 of 1915, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Health Officer of the Port and any and every person or persons from time to time or for the time being holding office or acting as or performing the duties of the Health Officer of the Port, being duly qualified persons as required by the said Ordinance, to be medical officers in this Colony for the purposes of the Chinese l'assengers Act, 1855, and of the said Ordinance.

No. 473.-It is hereby notified that Mr. EDWARD LEWIS AGASSIZ resumed duty as Official Receiver in Bankruptcy and Registrar of Trade Marks and Letters Patent, with effect from 20th July, 1931.
