The Companies Ordinance, 1911.

Pursuant to the Companies Ordinance, 1911, section 113 (1) as enacted by Ordi- nance No. 26 of 1930, the following annual list is published. The list contains the names of all persons (within the meaning of the said section) who are authorised by the Governor in Council to perform the duties required by the said Ordinance to be performed by an auditor. The first part (Part I) of such list contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts kept in English; and the second part (Part II) contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts kept in Chinese:-
