No. 464.-It is hereby notified that with effect from 1st January, 1931, under section 4 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1896, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve the establishment of the Chinese Public Dispen- sary, Aberdeen as a District Registry Office, for registration of births of Chinese.

It is further notified that the principal clerk of the Chinese Public Dispensary, Aberdeen, is hereby appointed an assistant registrar for the purposes of the above Ordinance with effect from the 1st January, 1931.

No. 465. It is hereby notified with effect from 1st June, 1931, that Government Notification 571 of 28th December, 1923, is amended by the substitution of the words Aberdeen Chinese Public Dispensary for the words Aberdeen Police Station, in the list under the heading, "Birth Registration offices for Chinese only", contained in that declaration.
