NOTE :-The effect of this Order is to increase by about 25% the court fees payable in probate matters. A few fees are increased by more than 25%, some are increased by less than 25%, and some are not increased. In particular, no increase is made in the fee payable for grants in the case of estates sworn under $2,000.
