Rule of Court made under section 63 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1891, Ordinance No. 7 of 1891, on the 10th day of July, 1931.
1. The Second Schedule to the Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1891, is altered as from and including the 1st day of August, 1931, by the addition thereto of the following :-
In respect of any matter or proceeding not specifically referred to in this Schedule the same fee shall be payable as is provided from time to time in respect of a similar matter or proceeding in the Original Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
2. Rules 1 to 4, both inclusive, and Schedule IV of the Supreme Court Fees Order, 1903-1914, which appear on pages 81 and 91 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, are hereby rescinded, with effect from and including the said 1st day of August, 1931.

NOTE:-This is merely a re-enactment, for convenience of reference. It should be noted, how- that certain court fees in bankruptcy will be incidentally increased, by about 25%, by virtue of the Order proposed to be enacted under Ordinance No. 3 of 1873.

Order for regulating the fees to be taken by the officers of the Supreme Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction under the Probates Ordinance, 1897, Ordinance No. 2 of 1897 ̧ made by the Chief Justice under section 74 of the said Ordinance on the 10th day of July, 1931.
1. The fee respectively specified in this Order shall, subject to the provisions of section 61 of the Probates Ordinance, 1897, be payable in respect of all proceedings taken on or after the 1st day of August, 1931, in any matter whatsoever before the Supreme Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction under the said Ordinance, whenever commenced.
2. Rules 1 to 4, both inclusive, and Schedule III, of the Supreme Court Fees Order, 1903-1914, which appear on pages 81 and 88 to 90 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, are hereby rescinded, with effect from and including the said 1st day of August, 1931.
