Order for regulating the fees to be payable in the Supreme Court in its Original and Summary Jurisdictions, made by the Chief Justice under section 32 of the Supreme Court Ordinance, 1873, Ordinance No. 3 of 1873, on the 10th day of July, 1931.

1. The fees respectively specified in this Order shall be payable in respect of all proceedings taken on or after the 1st day of Angust, 1931, in any action or matter what- soever in the Supreme Court, whenever commenced.

2. Unless otherwise herein specifically provided, the said fees shall be payable by means of adhesive stamps.

3. For the purposes of this Order a folio shall be deemed to consist of 72 words, each figure being counted as a word.

4. Rules 1 to 4, both inclusive, and Schedules I and II, of the Supreme Court Fees Order, 1903-1914, which appear on pages 81 to 88 of the Regulations of Hong Kong 1841-1925, are hereby rescinded, with effect from and including the said 1st day of August, 1931,
