12. Births and Deaths Registration Amendment Bill.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the law relating to the Registration of Births and Deaths."
The Colonial Secretary seconded.
Question-put and agreed to.
Bill read a second time.
Council in Committee on the Bill.
The following new clause, clause 7 was added
Commence- 7. This Ordinance shall come into operation on the 1st day ment. of January, 1932.
On Council resuming, the Attorney General reported that the Bill had passed through Committee with material amendment and that in accordance with Standing Order No. 28 the third reading should be postponed to a subse- quent meeting of the Council.
ADJOURNMENT.
13. The Council then adjourned until Thursday, the 16th day of July, 1931.

Ordinance No. 18 of 1931.—An Ordinance to amend further the Public Health
and Buildings Ordinance, 1903.
Ordinance No. 19 of 1931.-An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Hop Yat Tong Church of Christ in Hong Kong.
