Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 95 of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, on the 9th day of July, 1931.
The exemption from duty of intoxicating liquors required for use as ship's stores and removed from a general bonded or licensed warehouse to the ship for the use of which they are required under an export permit in the prescribed form, which exemption is set forth on page 444 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, shall only extend and apply to intoxicating liquors, in such quantities, in each case, as the Superintendent may deem sufficient, and no more, for consumption by the master, officers, crow, and passengers, during the intended voyage of a ship of war or merchant ship, exceeding 10 tons net register, about to leave the waters of the Colony.

No. 435.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 4 of the Midwives Ordinance, 1910, Ordinance No. 22 of 1910, to re-appoint Dr. PHOON SECK WENG to be a Member of the Midwives Board for a further term of three years, with effect from the 25th May, 1931.
