No. 344.-It is hereby notified with reference to Notification No. 393 of the 4th July, 1924, that the Convention made between the United Kingdom and France respecting Legal Proceedings in Civil and Commercial Matters, signed at London on the 2nd February, 1922, which has been extended to this Colony as from the 27th January, 1924, applies also to the territories of Syria and the Lebanon as from the 5th October, 1928.

A copy of the Convention can be seen on application at this office.

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT

No. 345.-It is hereby notified with reference to Notification No. 362 of the 9th July, 1926, and the Convention made between the United Kingdom and Belgium res- pecting Legal Proceedings in Civil and Commercial Matters, signed at London on the 21st June, 1922, which has been extended to this Colony as from the 23rd August, 1925, to the Belgian Congo as from the 1st April, 1926, and to the Territory of Ruanda-Urundi as from the 1st December, 1928, that a copy of the Convention and a list of the Procu- reurs du Roi in the districts of the Belgian Congo can be seen on application at this office.

No. 346.-It is hereby notified that the Convention between the United Kingdom and the Czechoslovak Republic respecting Legal Proceedings in Civil and Commercial Matters which was signed at London on the 11th November, 1924, has been extended to this Colony as from the 17th February, 1927. A copy of the Convention can be seen on application at this office.

No. 347. It is hereby notified that the Convention between His Majesty and the President of the German Reich regarding Legal Proceedings in Civil and Commercial Matters, signed at London on the 20th March, 1928, has been extended to this Colony as from the 4th August, 1930.

A copy of the Convention can be seen on application at this office.
