The rainfall for the month of April at the Botanical Gardens was gins. 90 on 18 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 9ins. 30 on 18 days, at Fanling, 16ins. 12 on 11 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, 18ins. 43 on 17 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 671 at 17h. 10m. on the 16th.
The maximum gust velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 45 miles per hour at 19h. 10m. on the 7th.
