No. 275.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make the following transfer in the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps :-

Lieutenant ARTHUR HARRY PENN to be transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, with effect from 25th April, 1931.

No. 276. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Commander JOSEPH BERNARD NEWILL, D.S.O., R.N. (Retired), to act as Harbour Master and Director of Air Services, with effect from 5th May, 1931.
