Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Post Office Ordi- nance, 1926, Ordinance No. 7 of 1926, on the 27th day of April, 1931.

The regulations made by the Governor in Council under the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, and set forth in Government Notification No. 337 in the Gazette of the 25th June, 1926, are hereby further amended as follows:-

by the rescission of paragraph (1) of regulation 3, enacted as appears in Notifica- tion No. 181 in the Gazette of the 27th March, 1931, and by the substitution therefor of the following paragraph :-

(1) The postage on printed papers for China and Macao shall be 2 cents for each two ounces or part of two ounces; and to all other destinations 4 cents for each two ounces or part of two ounces.
